----- Original Message -----From: thayes2714Sent: Friday, September 16, 2005 1:13 PMSubject: Calling All AngelsI found your web site for the first time today and saw there was a way to send y'all an email. I just have to tell you how special "Calling All Angels" is to me and my family. In February of 2003 I found out I was pregnant for the first time. In March I had a miscarriage. I was so torn up about it but knew it was happening for a reason. Well in April I found out I was pregnant again and I prayed everyday that this pregnancy would hold and everything would be ok. It was in that time that I heard "Calling All Angels" for the first time and knew immediately that it would be mine and my baby's song. It just spoke the way I was feeling at the moment... "I need a sign to let me know you're here" .... "I'm calling all angels" .... "I won't give up if you don't give up". I played the song everyday to and from work throughout my entire pregnancy. And as the song became more popular I would hear it all the time on the radio while I was at work. Needless to say by unborn baby heard the song a lot. When I went into labor in January of 2004 we brought a cd player to the hospital and played "Calling All Angels" while we were waiting for things to happen. As the song was playing my son would calm down and you could see his heart rate slow down and could almost hear him relax. We have it on video and it was amazing to watch. But that's not even the beginning. After he was born, when he would get upset and I could not calm him down I would play "Calling All Angles" and he would stop crying until the song was over. And it happened every time. The song was a God send in the car and I many times had to play it over and over just to keep him from crying the whole trip.My son, Corey, is now 20 months old and he still loves the song. Just the other day we were riding in the car and I saw the cd. I had not played the song in a long time so I thought I would pop it in for old times sake. When Corey heard the song come on he got so excited!! His eyes got really big and he started making the noises he makes when he gets really excited about something. Then he started clapping. I could not believe that he remembered the song. So now we're listening to the song everyday again and he gets just as excited every time he hears it. The song ranks right up there with Blue's Clues and Elmo in Corey's world. And that's a very high rank in our house!!Well, I just wanted to tell y'all how special of a song this is to me and what a wonderful band y'all are. You can bet that if you go on tour and make a stop in Houston, TX, I will be one of the first to buy tickets. Y'all are the BEST!!Best Regards,Traci & Corey Hayes

Comment by SJerseygirl on February 16, 2012 at 7:10pm Traci, thank you for sharing your beautiful story with us! I loved reading your shares from you and Train. So special... and even more special the beautiful way your son reacted when hearing their music from the womb, after being born into babyhood then today as an 8 year old little boy. A testament of true beauty in sound from God's lit'l Angels till today as a young boy. So happy to know the two of you will attend the Houston concert while sharing the joy of Train's music... I know you will enjoy your moment together as I have with my own sons while attending Train concerts. :-)
