Love the blog by Pat.  His mentioning that the family sat by their father telling stories brought me back to March 2, 2005.  My mother, sister, her oldest (son), my daughter and myself gathered around my father's bed telling stories and eating pizza.  We all were not there unfortunately, my brother living in Dubai could not make it in time.  My dad passed away later that same day but it was probably one of the best days we had had in the last 10 years of his life.  He was diagnosed with alziehmers at the age of 58 and passed away at 68.  Way too young.  We had such a good day laughing and joking.  We know that even though he could not communicate with us he was laughing with us.  I want to thank Pat for bringing back that wonderful memory to me.

I also love the hair cut.

I love pictures like that, when all get together, I have six kids and we still take a picture every 2 years and all my kiddos are adults already.
